​​In coming into my purpose, I have discovered that I am a heart-led, highly intuitive and understanding healer of the traumas of our physical experiences, but I'm also able to connect you with divine guidance, or your loved ones that have passed into the spiritual realm.  Through my lived human experiences and the losses that have shaped me, I've come to understand many aspects of life on both sides of the bridge - the physical and beyond.  I offer myself as a gentle place where the two can meet.  I am here to share the wisdom I have learned from my experiences, along with the skills, tools and practices that I have gained, to now help others not just survive, but thrive, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.  My purpose is a reflection of my own journey and my desire is to guide others to lasting peace from within themselves.  

 

If you choose to work with me in a session, or on a long term basis I am here to listen with an open heart, to hold a safe space for you and offer you whatever support, guidance, skills and tools you are open and ready to receive, and that I am intuitively guided to support you with during your transformational healing.
