Spiritual Awakenings can come in many forms.  It is common to experience some life altering event, as I did, that radically turns your entire world upside down and redirects you in a completely different direction.  For others, it seems a light has either always been on, or little by little that light becomes more persistent.  It is always your choice to answer the call, but once you have, there is no turning back.  You cannot un-know what you now know.  It is an ongoing process of remembering who you truly are; Spirit, and remembering why you came here; your purpose.  The chances are, if you're reading this, you are already on the path and are looking for answers.  Know that it does take time and the sequence of events that need to happen will all unfold in its own divine timing.  This journey can bring so much meaning to your life, it is beautiful and profound, it can also be incredibly confusing and painful at times.  To become more and more awakened, you need to let go of more and more human ego, stories and belief systems.  We need to start quieting the mind and start living as who we are.  We are Spirit, we are unconditional love.  Anything else is just human stuff.  It takes time to unravel, but with each piece we let go of, it opens up so much room for the truth of who are to be.

 

My own experience was gradual for many years, until it wasn't.  All of a sudden it was radical and extremely uncomfortable.  Everything I knew, was gone in an instant.  I needed answers, which led me from one question to the next and eventually these incredibly gifted teachers were there to support me and show me the way.  The 'way', is the way that resonates with you.  For me, that is here at Havens on Earth.  I have learned and grown more here, with this amazing group of people and the spiritual guidance that come with them, more than I ever have.   These beloved people have become my mentors, my teachers and my friends.

 

From that very first day when everything changed, I knew there was something much bigger at play. The spiritual realm had opened up to me, or rather I had opened up to it.  All the synchronicities and experiences I had, whether subtle or mind-blowing were like breadcrumbs to get me through to the next step, not that I knew it at the time, but it was the only way I was going to get through it.   I did know that I was being supported.  These gifts lit my path, step by step and slowly brought me out of the darkness into the light.

 

Each spiritual journey is unique and comes with its challenges, but I can tell you from my own experence and everyone I know, that it is SO worth it.  You will realize that you are able to cope with everyday life and difficult times with much more calmness and ease.  It helps you live this life from a whole new perspective, one that brings more and more love, light and everlasting peace.  

 

I have reconnected with my intuitive self and I am developing my psychic abilities and gifts daily.  I am constantly learning; about what it means to be Spirit, what it means to transition, the choices we have, how it all works, and so many other questions that help me build a bridge between the two realms.  After all, it's all right here.  As I continue to learn, I continue to heal, which allows me to be the ongoing, conscious co-creator of my life, everyday.
