Transitioning from one life to the next...
This day will come for us all, whether we are ready or not, to lose someone dear to our hearts, and of course the day that we will take our last breath. It is not something we talk about, or even commonly acknowledge, yet these are the most profound experiences of our lives. My desire is to talk about and truly understand what it means to 'die', to help those who are dying have a peaceful transition and help those who are left behind understand that their loved ones are still very much here.
I say this from so many personal experiences that I am now able to connect with loved ones that have passed, as well as divine guidance. It has provided me so much comfort & support, many answers, and it has helped me heal in more ways that I could ever imagine. It has been a transformation from the inside out, of my entire understanding and trust of life, death and myself.
Losing the physical presence of someone close to you leaves an empty hole in your heart, but gaining the understanding and even the possibility of connecting with them in new ways can tremendously ease our grief and help us fill that empty hole in our heart.
