An intimate immersion into transition — exploring how we move through what is changing or has changed, honor what remains, navigate the space between, and open to what is ready to emerge. Creating space to discover what your life may be asking to become.

Who is this Journey for?

For those moving through change, carrying something they are ready to meet differently, finding themselves somewhere between what has been and what comes next, or simply sensing there is more within themselves — and within life — waiting to be discovered.

The Heart of the Journey

Día de Muertos invites us to explore the many faces of death and transition we experience within a lifetime – honoring those who have died, as well as the endings and losses in our lives that shape us along the way. We make space to grieve and mourn, to remember and honor, and to carry forward the love, lessons and legacies of what has been.

And then there is the space between – the unknown, the void, the place between what was and what will be. Between the inhale and exhale is stillness; between life and death is mystery; and within apparent emptiness lies possibility.  It can feel uncertain and disorienting, yet often before we can even see it, something is already shifting, creating, becoming – a doorway to what may come next.

We allow space for light to enter again – for joy and celebration to exist alongside grief and pain, for what we have lived through to deepen our sense of meaning and purpose, and for life to continue revealing what is still here to be experienced and discovered, and who we may yet become.

The Space Between Breaths invites us to explore and move within these thresholds – not simply as endings, but as part of the ever-changing experience of being alive. What has died can continue to shape, teach and live through us. We begin by arriving — with ourselves and with one another — creating a foundation of connection, safety and belonging from which the journey can unfold. Through breath, movement, energy, nature, reflection, creativity and connection, we create space to be deeply seen and held, to reconnect with ourselves, one another, nature and our belonging to something greater than ourselves. Along the way, we explore practices and tools for self-regulation and self-nurturing — learning to remain present with what we are experiencing, notice what we need, and respond to ourselves with greater care. We make room for grief and release, wonder and possibility, greater alignment, joy and life.  In honoring death, we are reminded to participate more fully in life.

Honoring Transition

Transition • Witnessing • Honoring • Surrender

Focus:  Exploring what has shaped us, what remains, and what is changing. Making space for grief, gratitude and love as we reflect on what we hold dear, the lessons and experiences that have shaped us, and what we consciously choose to carry forward.  Practicing surrender as we begin to enter the space between what has been and what may come next.

Pivotal Question:  What can I witness that I am still carrying that once served me, but no longer does? Can I honor what has been while allowing my relationship to it to change?

  • Breakfast

  • Meditation Flow – arriving inward through a variety of meditation practices.

  • Storytelling & Reflection Circle — sharing and witnessing the stories that have shaped us and exploring what we may be ready to carry differently.

  • Private Letter Practice – a personal writing practice inspired by the pivotal question of the day.

  • Breathwork Journey — working with the element of Air to create space for expression, transition and whatever may be ready to shift, while practicing presence and self-care through what arises.

  • Lunch + Personal Reflection – a shared meal followed by personal time to rest and integrate.

  • Free-Flow Movement — intuitive movement through music, allowing the body to express what it needs in whatever way feels right — including stillness.

  • Water Immersion & Energy Practice — working in the pool with the element of Water through surrender, flow and energy as we explore how we meet uncertainty and trust ourselves within transition.

  • Personal Altar Creation —creating a personal altar to honor what has been, what remains and what is changing.

  • Dinner

  • Evening Floating Sound Bath — a moment to soften and receive, to feel the vibration of sound moving through your body while surrendering to the flow of the water

Embodying What Is Emerging

Curiosity • Possibility • Alignment • Embodiment

Focus:  Beginning in the space between, meeting ourselves where we are with compassion and without needing to know what comes next. Allowing ourselves to acknowledge that something more may be waiting for us and becoming curious about what may already be stirring — a glimmer of light, meaning, purpose, possibility or even joy. Exploring what feels alive and true, what matters now, and what we may be ready to acknowledge, embrace and begin bringing to life.

Pivotal Question: What possibilities am I willing to acknowledge, explore or embrace? What am I ready to give life to?

  • Breakfast

  • Earth Meditation — grounding into the Earth and exploring our relationship with uncertainty, trust and what may be quietly unfolding.

  • Energy & Connection — playful individual and collective practices exploring energy, intention and connection — within ourselves, with one another and beyond what is visible.

  • Personal Reflection & Prompted Journaling — creating space for inspiration and possibility, listening inwardly to what feels alive, meaningful and ready to be explored.

  • Lunch

  • Breathwork Journey — meeting ourselves where we are while reconnecting with authenticity, belonging, self-trust and what may be emerging.

  • Free-Flow Movement — intuitive movement through music, allowing what feels authentic and aligned within us to find expression through the body.

  • Practice of Reverence & Receiving — honoring and celebrating one another while practicing the vulnerability of allowing ourselves to be fully seen, witnessed and received.

  • Dinner

  • From Personal Altar to Day of the Dead Ofrenda — Joined by special guests, we explore the traditions and cultural meaning of Día de Muertos through story, song and acoustic guitar as we create our collective ofrenda — honoring those who have transitioned, keeping their memories and legacies alive, and recognizing the ways their lives continue to shape our own.

  • Closing Ceremony — gathering around our ofrenda to remember, honor and celebrate those we love and the connections that continue beyond what we can see.
